Raihan Mahmood Kadery joined Global One in April 2016. He is an expert in project monitoring & evaluation and development of projects’ monitoring & evaluation frameworks and ToRs for evaluations. He is directly engaged with the design and delivery of projects in the areas of Global Health, WASH, Livelihood and Food Security. Previously in Netherlands, Raihan was a member of the team jointly formed by the European Commission and the World Bank Group that developed a performance based funding strategy for the Dutch government. In China, Raihan was responsible for designing research methodology for National Academy of Education Administration China assigned by the Government of China. Raihan holds a joint Masters in Research and Innovation in Higher Education from four finest universities in Austria, Finland, China and Germany as a full scholar of the European Commission. Previously, he completed his BSc (Hons) Management and Business Administration from Manchester Metropolitan University, UK.

Mr. Ramzan Ali is a development professional with over 23 years of experience with different International, Government of Bangladesh, and Private sectors like Muslim Aid-UK Bangladesh, Bangladesh Post Office, and British America Tobacco Company in the Admin, transport and logistics department. He has worked closely with key partners, government officials, and different donors during performing different assignment. He has worked in Emergency Response activities after Cyclone SIDR in 2007, Cyclone AILA in 2009, Dhaka Flood in 2004, the Cold Wave and Rohingya Crisis project of ECHO, USAID, WFP, FAO, IDB, ROTA, ACT NOW Children Fund, UMCOR, etc. He has excellent creativity and ability to work with limited resources and is an excellent Team player. He has good knowledge of Computer operating systems. Mr Ramzan Ali is fluent in Bengali and has limited knowledge of English. At Global One, he leads the Programme and Logistics team to ensure the smooth implementation of projects in Bangladesh throughout the year.

I have over 23 years experience in humanitarian and development sectors to manage complex finance, multi-million-dollar projects/programmes for International NGOs in the areas of livelihoods, education, health & nutrition, MF, Child protection, humanitarian refugee operation, disaster risk management, climate change adaptation and resilience. I have proven track record to budgeting, financial analysis, budget monitoring, Partner monitoring, report preparation, compliance and risk management of international donors and UN Organizations including EC/ECHO, WFP, UNICEF, UNDP, IDB, DFID, UMCOR, Islamic Help, I have extensive knowledge and skill on financial management and Master’s degree on Accounting. I have proven track record to lead the diverse team members, budget and report preparation of multi-donor projects and also have vast knowledge on VAT and Tax. Programmatically, I managed as big as GBP 10 million budgets for health, education and disaster management programmes and also managed the internal and external audit process as well as organizational risk management.

Mohammad Ayaj Uddin is a dedicated development professional with over a decade of extensive experience in program management, project planning, and implementation across various sectors. He holds a Master of Arts and Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from Jahangirnagar University, with impressive academic achievements. With a robust background in managing large-scale humanitarian and development projects, Mr. Ayaj has made significant contributions to emergency response efforts during the Rohingya Crisis in Cox’s Bazar and Bhasanchar, Cyclone MOCHA, and Cyclone Hamoon. His career includes pivotal roles in renowned NGOs, working experience with IOM, GAC, USAID, DFAT, MAUSA and BRAC. Mr. Ayaj fluent in Bengali, English, Urdu, Arabic and Farsi brings exceptional communication skills and cultural awareness to his role. He is committed to empowering communities, promoting gender-sensitive approaches, and ensuring safeguarding practices are upheld at all levels of project implementation. At Global One, Mr. Ayaj excels in developing and executing project implementation strategies, CSR advocacy & fundraising, ensuring the timely and effective delivery of project activities. His leadership skills, combined with his strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, have consistently resulted in successful project outcomes and positive impacts on the communities served.

Mahbub Hasan Shamim joined Global One in 2023 having experience in different development organizations. He oversees the HR & Admin division of Global One, Bangladesh Country Office ensuring the efficient administration of employee lifecycle management for all employees. His contribution includes maintaining the procurement process and providing logistics support. He has over 12 years of experience working with various national NGOs.

Rozina Akter has been working with Global One Bangladesh Country Office as a Finance Officer since 2017 after completion of graduation in Finance and Banking. She assists finance department managing treasury, bookkeeping on accounting software, maintaining books of accounts, record keeping and preparing financial statements.

Sumiya Akther is a passionate team member who works as a Resource Mobilization Officer in Global One Bangladesh Country Office. She is responsible for the management of fundraising, building an increasingly & diversified network of resource partners & communications staff, coordination of donor engagement, and all fundraising & proposal writing. Having graduated from Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University in Agricultural Economics, she is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Development and Poverty Studies. She has research interests in the areas of poverty, child protection, women's rights, and social problems.

Helal Mia is the Personal Assistant to the Country Manager. He is responsible for maintaining the schedules and diary of the Country Manager and ensuring all appointments and meetings are updated. He prepares and monitors daily programs of the Country Manager and arranges (including selection of date, time, and location) internal and external meetings.

Akib Jaber is a programme management expert. He joined Global One in 2021. He oversees the programme development, assists in the planning, implementation, monitoring & manages projects. He also ensures the organization's activities and programmes aligned with a foundation or nonprofit's goals and mission statement. With the excellent academic achievement, he has completed his graduation and post-graduation in Economics from Jahangirnagar University.
