Global One’s Breast and Cervical Cancer Screening Project in Bangladesh provides women with low incomes, who are uninsured and underserved, access to timely breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostic services. The overall objective of this project is to raise awareness and enable women in poor and marginalized communities to have access to free breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostics.

Through this program, almost 1,000 women have received free breast and cervical cancer screening and diagnostics in the early stages. Additionally, 50 patients have been referred to cancer hospitals for further treatment. Moreover, almost 12,000 rural and marginalized community members have increased awareness regarding the risk of breast and cervical cancer and the chance of recovery if diagnosed at an early stage.
